Gautier Capuçon, one of today’s most sought-after cellists, joins the brilliant young pianist Mirabelle Kajenjeri. Together they explore the dreamlike world of Debussy’s Sonata and Mendelssohn’s Second Sonata for cello and piano. Schumann’s Fantasiestücke add a touch of introspective poetry, while Brahms’s Sonata Op. 99 concludes the recital with its powerful and lyrical architecture.
