Fondazione Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia is announcing an international public competition, based on degrees, credentials, and examination results, for hiring, under open-ended contract to the following professional position:
PRINCIPAL TIMPANI, with placement in level 2 of the artistic area (orchestra) of the national collective bargaining agreement in force for personnel employed by Fondazione Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia (1 position).

NOTICE RELATING TO THE SUSPENSION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC COMPETITION, BASED ON DEGREES, CREDENTIALS, AND EXAMINATION RESULTS, FOR HIRING, UNDER OPEN-ENDED CONTRACT, IN THE ORCHESTRA OF FONDAZIONE ACCADEMIA NAZIONALE DI SANTA CECILIA, TO THE POSITION OF PRINCIPAL TIMPANI (1 position).
Fondazione Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, for its own supervening organizational needs, announces:
- the suspension of the international public competition, based on degrees, credentials, and examination results, for hiring, under open-ended contract, in the Orchestra of Fondazione Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, to the position of Principal Timpani (1 position) published on 06 December 2022, and therefore the postponement of the examination auditions to a date to be announced at a later time;
- the postponement to 30 September 2023 of the deadline for submitting applications for admission.
Applications for admission received until the date of the publication of this notice and that shall be received during the deadline suspension period shall be deemed valid to all effects, subject in any event to verification of the admission requirements and of the formal requirements.
Candidates are asked to constantly monitor the institutional website of Fondazione Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia for further notices and measures.
This document is valid to all legal effects as notice to the candidates of correction of the competition in question which, except for the above, shall remain unaltered.
