Joshua Bell is the artist-in-residence at Santa Cecilia this season. In his first concert, he presents a duo program with pianist Shai Wosner, featuring music by Schubert and Fauré, along with Tartini’s virtuosic and eerie Devil’s Trill. But that’s not all: Bell will add other works to the program, announcing them during the concert, part tradition, part impromptu event.
