Organization, Management, and Control Model (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01)

Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia has adopted the Organization, Management, and Control Model provided for by Legislative Decree no. 231 of 08 June 2001, which introduced a regime of criminal liability borne by the company for certain types of offences.

The Organization, Management, and Control Model, originally adopted by the Board of Directors meeting of 01 February 2010, was updated and supplemented in connection with the legislative interventions taking place over the years, which have broadened the category of predicate offences of administrative liability pursuant to Decree no. 231/01, until being approved in final version with the Board of Directors decision dated 12 February 2016.

The adopted Model represents Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia’s will to fully conform to the principles of the laws in the matter of transparency and sense of responsibility in internal relations and with the outside world.
