This concert inaugurates the complete performance of Beethoven’s string quartets, leading up to the bicentenary of his birth in 2027. The Quatuor Ébène, at the heart of this project, has spent over a decade bringing Beethoven’s music to major concert halls around the world, under the auspices of UNESCO’s Beethoven Around the World initiative.
