Due to health problems, the violinist Veronika Eberle will be replaced by Giuseppe Gibboni, the recent winner of the Paganini Competition in Genoa and the first Italian so honoured in 24 years. In place of Korngold’s Violin Concerto, Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto will be performed.
