It is announced that all concerts have been suspended until further notice.
Refunds:
– Tickets purchased at the Auditorium and at Via Vittoria for concerts from 07 January to 15 February 2020 will be refunded in cash until 10 March 2020 at the Auditorium Parco della Musica box office, by presenting the purchased ticket.
The Auditorium box office will remain closed starting 15 March until further notice.
The Via Vittoria 6 box office will remain closed until further notice.
Refunds by wire transfer may also be requested by writing to biglietteria@santacecilia.it, sending the ticket holder’s IBAN and attaching easily legible scanned images of the tickets.
– Tickets purchase online and at Ticketone sales outlets: information on refunding may be consulted at www.ticketone.it/covid19.
– Subscribers to the Symphony and Chamber Seasons will be informed at a later time, by e-mail and SMS, as to any make-up concerts or refund procedures.
